Welcome to Ball & Bloom, the events division of Bride & Blossom.

Whereas Bride & Blossom exclusively caters to weddings, Ball & Bloom specializes in floral and event design for corporate events, fundraisers, and private parties. Ball & Bloom is a web based designer floral boutique that creates custom designed event flowers for less. Although we are web-based we don't sell flowers online. All of our services, from consultations to setup are done in person by our experienced design team. While we are able to give our clients much more for less, we aren’t a discount florist. We design and create full, substantial and upscale arrangements and décor without including filler and cutting corners for between 15-30% less than other florists. We are able to offer competitive prices since we minimize our overhead costs by operating online and pass our cost savings directly to our clients.

Ball & Bloom is the only florist that does a maximum of one to two events at a time, providing clients with a boutique floral service. In doing so, we are able to personalize our clients’ design consultation, proposal and execution. Our customized arrangements and décor are tailored to each events theme. Since we exclusively cater to one client at a time we can only work with those clients who have floral and design budgets of $2,000.

Our designs and flower arrangements are either done at our studio in Long Island City or on site at the venue.

We work within our client's budget to meet their floral design vision and needs. Our online gallery featuring sample arrangements is comprehensive and we are able to design or re-create anything our clients envision. While we only do flowers, we are able to suggest vendors that can provide any design needs- lighting, linens, staging, and draping.

In being virtual, we are not bound by general florist business hours and our clients are always able to reach us via email or phone with any concerns, comments or changes.

Where we operate:

We cater only to the NY Metropolitan & NY Tri-State area (New York City, Long Island and Westchester). We are able to service Northern NJ and parts of Connecticut determined on a per event basis and will include all additional costs of transportation and event costs in our price.
