REFUND POLICY

Your satisfaction is important to us at Ball and Bloom! If you find that you need to return an item, we allow refunds on unused items that remain in their original condition within 14 days of the purchase to the original method of payment or otherwise instructed.

 

Unfortunately, custom orders are not eligible for refunds. Additionally, if you decide to cancel an order after making a deposit, please note that this deposit will be forfeited. We appreciate your trust and look forward to serving you better!
