Shipping your Ball and Bloom planters is a priority for us, and we strive to keep you informed every step of the way. All shipments are sent to a physical address only and to the continuous 48 states. Shipping times are as described at the time of checkout for in stock items.

 

Custom orders usually require a minimum of 2 weeks to process after all details have been agreed upon, and a tracking number will be provided to you once your order has shipped. After that, it's up to the courier to deliver. We’re committed to assisting you and will do what we can to ensure a smooth shipping experience.
